In the after photo, he has a two-pack which is clearly sucked in, minimal striations and no veins. He's not any less than 12%

Seems flipped.

He looks younger on the right. Also it would just be super demoralizing to both gain that much fat, and lose that much muscle.

Misc consensus is 12-14 and 18. I’ll agree with that. Could be 18-21 or so depending on how he looks flexed.
