There have been some appealing ones that I feel like pulling the trigger on, but in general, would it be too early? should I wait until it's actually Black Friday/Cyber Monday and then snag whatever deals they have on that day?

Diablo 4 also 40% off so lol at people who bought it five months ago for full price. Jedi Survivor on for 40% off too and it was listed at 30% off four weeks ago. Can't remember if they drop even more on actual Black Friday or Cyber Monday?
