1. Deranged angry trannies

2. Lazy-ass black people who are hired for quota. They literally do shyt all day.

3. Half of the employees are the most entitled peaces of shyt I have seen.

- One chick had like 85 sick leaves this year. Add the weekends and this b1tch has been absend for half a year

- Some guy was demanding compensation because the company once asked him to join a meeting at a fixed hour.
These retards are given full freedom with flexible hours, and they moan when they once have to fulfill a scheduele.

- Black guy who does nothing all day screamed racism because he was asked to be more consistent with adding his time on Jira.

- Some other guy threatened to sue to the company if they don't give him three full months of vacation because he had psychological issues atm.

4. HR are hypocrites

- There was a job opening and I suggested my Eastern European bro who is quite techy. The HR bitch said they wanted something more ''ethnical'' lol.
Basically they hire mostly people who could be mistaken for discriminated povertycels in the States. Nobody cares about Balkancels since they are not on the Newsfeed on CNN, only Ukrainians get an easy pass since it gives corporations SJW points atm.

Many US companies are like this and this is why we see every single metric of service and QOL going down in the USA. Even infant death and life expectancy has gotten worse. This can only last so long before it all comes crashing down. Basically the system feeds off of the work of the productive people to take care of the unproductive people, and we're at a point that the unproductive is rising hire in number than the productive.
