Tell me the best supplement for deep sleep, srs

I basically sleep 2 cycles of 4 hours. My first 4 hours are quite the deep sleep and after that it becomes shyt.

Can't say I'm sleepy all day, I'm fine but could be better.

What supplements do you take to stay more properly in sleep
