Why do Liberal dudes all look the same?

You can spot them from a mile and they all look the same:

- early to mid 30's Skinnyfat or Slightly fat physique,
- weird beard
- glasses
- round head with lack of jawline,
- usually wearing polos, shorts or a t-shirt with some ghey superhero on them.
- Hairline is usually receding.
- Goofy smile on photos
- Always giving a butthurt vibe, especially if they talk to a way better-looking dude than them (even if the Chad is nice as hell)
- Acting usually like pseudo-intellectuals
- Round red cheeks, looking at their face they almost feel like they could be cousins


Do they dress up and act up like that to compensate for their ugliness by looking intelligent? Many indeed seem to have some good background education but even the truly intelligent ones feel like total delusional NPCs.

The beard, I ain't sure though - to hide a double chin?
