This is why you have to be careful over who you let into your house.

I have a loose friend who has always has moved to a different apartment every year, and he tried staying with me with his girlfriend when they were between apartments a couple months ago. I ignored the text, and he eventually found someone else to stay with. The thing is, he's actually still staying with that person like 3 months later and never ended up getting his own place.

I hate living with roommates, so I'd never even allow a good friend to live with me. But you definitely can't let anybody who has even a hint of degeneracy live with you, as that will begin to seep into your life. This girl allowing a "friend" to live with her who is dating a guy who has been to jail is a massive red flag.

The girl who owns the house seems decent, and she's learning a valuable lesson.

It's why I don't rent rooms. I have a 3800sqft 4bd 3ba all to myself. If people were straight and honest, I'd rent the mother in law suite. I don't because I know what kind of BS it will turn into right away. Something comes up and they will be a little late, then later, then they can't pay the full amount, sob story to try to get me to feel sorry for them, and then I have to be an A-hole and put them out and most likely evict. Then I'm the bad guy. All the drama in between. Ruining my home. The cost is too much for me to consider it.

Explain srs.

Do you think people should work hard and buy houses so they can let people who don't want to work or buy anything have a place to stay?

People are extremely dumb when it comes to judging someone's character UNTIL it starts negatively affecting them. I've seen so many people get into relationships with chitty people ignoring their habits, as if those same habits aren't gonna bite em in the azz at the end.

Everyone is cool with the alcohol and weed using best friend who's so fun and exciting until they ask you to live in your spare room. I can't imagine letting some sloot with a deadbeat boyfriend move into my place and think it would actually work out for me.

Sad!

It's like all these liberal states that were condemning Texas for treating immigrants no up to their standard but now that these sanctuary cities have been overwhelmed with immigrants and now the cities are cutting budgets they are upset.

Anyways, it's rare that you will find someone who is a loser in one way and not a loser in other ways. You are a loser to the point you are facing homelessness, you are probably a loser in other ways as well.

I'm 45 and I'm pretty far into my career. Might be a loser to misc standards but what kills me is how I know of so many people my age, who don't have a career, they don't have anything. It's been 26 years since we graduated HS, WTF have they been doing? For women, most of their excuses is they had a child and they had to coddle 24/7 creating a super zoomer. With guys it's because they started making a little money at a job but never went further pushing any more.

Yeah 100%. It's not hard to accurately predict what people will be like by observing 2 or 3 things that they do right off the bat. But in our society alot of chitty behaviors have been normalized and even celebrated so normies keep trusting losers like this.
