your asking about sacrificing 1 year.

for reference from another successful guy who had to sacrifice alot. it took me 2 years+ of every day sacrificing.

you need to sacrifice a lot, imo, and be good with it. its the cost of success =/

I don’t think so. Some of the guys at boxing say I’m very sweet and a lot of friends and coworkers say I’m the sweetest/kindest. And have had people (strangers, dates, people I know) tell me I have a calming and soothing presence.

I’m a bit socially unaware though—my friends always tell me people are staring or hitting on me but I don’t notice it or believe them.

But the guys I have tried to date boyfriend wise or causally aren’t the best either because I tolerate bad behaviour a lot. Realistically, I know I’ll have trouble finding someone because I don’t enough sense to tell when someone is good or bad, if I’m being honest.

Tbh, I would be sacrificing either way. Just wondering if I should sacrifice all the way by living at home. Or sacrifice just on the work ethic side, and live in the city for the weekends. Thinking about how the ~$25k or so would affect me financially. But either way, will be working.

and i dont think anyone can figure that out for you either.

for me, i had a great life in my 20's and when i was approaching my 30's with no assets or money i knew it was time to buckle down and get to work and sacrifice everything.

i've made a lot more money than i ever thought was possible, but i still wish i had a little more balance during these times.

i think sacrifice alot, but still making atleast a little time for yourself is the right thing to do.

I do avoid eye contact with guys and am more friendly with girls. All my friends are girls. The misc was where I did research to understand guys better when I started to date at 21 lmfao.

1000%. I sorta wondered about this to be honest.

I used to decline playing with other kids as a child and preferred playing alone on structures or collecting rocks.
I felt like I had to force myself to learn how to socialize with people.
I do a lot of fidgeting, even still as an adult
And I seem to have a lot of better than average skills, have had multiple people ask me why I’m good at everything, teacher called me renaissance man, etc. wouldn’t say it’s savant level but people always seem to comment.
