Rate basic lunch/10

It’s been a while since I made roast, so I felt like it.

Made a roast with a mocha chili rub
Curried carrots and mushrooms
Yorkshire pudding
And premade scalloped potatoes because couldn’t be bothered to make fresh mashed potatoes.
Presentation is lacking but this was a low effort day/meal for me lol

That’s the hope one day, to be honest. It’s one way I show affection is by doing thoughtful things like cook their favourite meals or make treats. Hasn’t happened yet though, and may never happen which I accept.
