This can be fixed by adding carbon tax to things like water, and sidewalk use.

Reminds of the paper i read on illegal immigrants to the US. Climate change believers like to point out how they want to see most westerners live similar to people found in the 3rd world. Yet in the west those that promote climate change theories and policies also promote open borders. Biden has allowed upwards of 10 million illegal aliens into the US. Once in the US these illegal aliens use tup to 3 times more energy while residing in America compared to their energy use when living in their country of origin, on average. Promotors of climate change are more interested in open borders than in the teachings of climate change.
