Picking up any new training/exercise methods?

Started doing I believe it's called "horse stance training" and also planning to start doing yoga soon.

1.) The human body is a marvelous creation.

2.) Embrace being able to move your body while you can because one day you won't be able to.

I've also mastered the art of knocking out midgets especially ones with big heads.
