Should I go with the Garmin Fenix 7 or a SAMSUNG Galaxy Watch 6?

do you actually lift/workout? Garmin is the best for fitness tracking.

I do, not a lot of cardio or "trail" running like they advertise tho, just machines..

Instead of the fenix get the Garmin Tactix, slightly better, looks cooler too.
