I'm talking a single gift or purchase.. not a vacation or whatever else.

Does a wedding ring count? If not, I don't remember what others have given me or gifts I've bought for others, whether my wife, ex-gfs, or family members. Certain items have come up in random conversation and my wife has had to remind me "you got me that for Christmas/my birthday." Oh yeah, I guess I did. Not sure why, I just don't bother to remember.

My wife and I have a limit of £20 for birthdays, christmas etc.
