WFH is so much cope (No Ernie Mac)

It’s true. Sitting at home all day for 8 hours watching TV or on your phone or napping when in reality you want to be outside at the beach or park throwing a frisbee around not sitting at your desk reading emails on laptop.

Lots of people use WFH as a way to think they “got one over on the company” or brag about how they get to laundry or dishes on company time when in reality you’re sitting in meetings most of the day wanting to be outside.

Hate waking up just to sit at the desk. Would rather be in office but my office is like an hour train ride away.

2022- 1 day in office a week
2023- 2 days in office a week
I suspect early to mid 2024- 3 days in office
Then from late 2024- 4 days and you will need to be greatful for the 1 day WFH “flexibility” that gets offered.

I think I have another 3-6 months max of officecel wageslaving left in me before quitting and spending my days writing music and writing screenplays until I run out of money.

Working from home is far superior to working in an office. Especially if it's 0-1 days a week in the office.

I was wondering why you made this thread and then realized it's because you're an office wageslave.

The point of working from home isn't to work at home indefinitely. It's to work on your own business or 'side hustle' so that you can abandon the 9-5 altogether.

Some people even keep the 9-5 WFH job going since it's so easy while they mogg on the side. Basically free money if you play your cards right.

You can see the cope already ITT

I can’t anymore with it. Looking for a new job but that’ll be the same thing. I would’ve left a year ago but they gave me a big bonus (by wagoe standards) so I stuck around.

I just want to lie down on a beach towel in the sun on the beach writing my crappy comedy screenplays that no movie studio would ever pick up.

Crabs in a bucket, which is surprising for a forum full of supposed CEO's and MOGGERs.
