All it takes for you to be a 'Chad' is to be content with who you are, comfortable in your own skin and love yourself genuinely. Be emotionally intelligent. This abundance thereof you could share with the folks around you, like that guy.

Contrary to what you think, it's not about his looks. It's about the way he carries himself and makes other people feel.
