8th circuit rules that private parties cannot sue for changes to election rules/laws.

The way this worked in the last election was dem lawyers would use zuckerberg funding to set up fake activist groups in key counties, then sue the secretary of state to change election rules because of muh covid or muh racism or whatever. This would create a legal chitstorm and eventually the SOS would just go with it, and then the courts would uphold it even though it's supposed to be the legislature doing these things because no one wants to deal with what came down to legal harassment. This is also how they tried to remove Trump from the ballot in Colorado though that didn't go through.
