You can make a lot of money off of pigs if you have the market for it. My best friend is married to a Samoan girl, she seems to have a never ending family so I sell tons to them, I kick them $50 for every pig they help me sell.

I got a whole pig for the Super Bowl. On Saturday we stuffed it with fruit, wrapped it in foil, burlap and chicken wire. We dug a deep hole and lined it with rocks. We lit a fire until the rocks were glowing orange, then we put the pig in the hole and buried it. We dug it up the next day and had a big Superbowl feast. There was a little beer involved, and I ended up with a bloody nose while wearing boxing gloves.

My brother in law and a few of his brothers did it on the side as a business if I'm not mistaken. They did tons of parties for people all through the summer. We've had quite a few pig roast parties in our family. So good.
