Like a cut above. What is some good advice he gives in those videos?
Exercise will get you through times of ill health better than no exercise will get you through times of good health.

I watch those too, but sometimes I watch those 3 and 4 hour videos from like fifteen years ago

I like Jay and have watched plenty of his content. But he doesn't necessarily provide good advice for lifting IMO. Jay is genetically gifted. His lifting style will not work for everyone. Basically its super high volume. Every set is 10-12 reps. Ramping up to just 1 or 2 heavy sets for each exercise. His reps are fast on the concentric and fairly fast on the eccentric as well. Furthermore his 'form' on a lot of his exercises is sub par. It worked great for him but he's a genetic anomaly. If you are interested in his training for real Cutler club isn't that expensive and he will provide a high volume BBing routine...

His Jaywalking videos can contain lots of good information. But its among random conversations.

His older movies when he was training for the Mr O was cool. But at the time his personality was really lacking.
