extremely overrated greasy ass cheesy beef or goat meat tacos fried on flat top with a side of meat juice/ droppings to dip them in



Basically small quesadillas with something to dip them in (the juices from the pot used to stew the meat )

Birria meat is Tender shredded beef slow cooked in chili beef broth.

The corn tortillas are dipped in the chili broth it's cooked in, placed in a flat-top grill, then the birria meat is then placed on top, then cheese, and the tortilla folded over to make the taco. The tortilla is then crisped on the flat top.

Then a little cup of the broth is served with it (consume) to dip it in before you bite into it.
