The proper punishment for a dog owner that can't control their dog, if their dog harms another person or animal is, whatever the dog did to the victim is done to the owner. If the horse needed stitches, then the owner gets beaten with a bat until they need stitches.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

That's fukked up, I knew that dog personally. Can confirm he was a good boy. Recently turned his life around, had a full ride scholarship to the Westminster Dog Academy, and was a future SpaceX astronaut preparing to be the first pibble on Mars.

I saw a family dress up their female pitbull in some feminine clothes for Halloween. It was hilarious how out of place it looks. It is like Milo Yannopolis in gangsta or straight clothes.
