Should I avoid getting french fries at all cost when ordering food?

For example, If I get Burgerking or some trash fast food burger, should I opt out of the french fries at all costs? is that the worst part of the meal health-wise?

processed sugar from which part of the meal? Lets say from a whopper meal. replace drink with a coke zero or water.

They taste delicious, but here of late I'm personally taking a pass on fries.
