Dad was a house painter, mom was a nanny, grew up in a rat-infested apartment

GED holder

Moved to Brazil and became a drag queen, spent large amounts of $$ but nobody could tell what his job was (???)

Moved back to the US and worked in a call center

And then became a sitting US congressman
