Misc doctors - wtf is wrong with my stomach?

Been chitting all over the place the past week. Thought it was food poisoning at first but that usually only lasts a day or two. Today's the first day where i'm experiencing heart burn. Took 5 tablets of Tums but that hasn't helped much. Wut do?

Been taking 3-5 chits per day srs. Took 4 today and my butthole is on fire from the toilet paper friction.

Maybe if you stopped eating raw meat mario, you wouldn’t have this problem.
