I think men have way underestimated just how COMMON this surgery is, basically any gold digger, stripper, Onlyfans, escort, ect type of sloot has had this done. Men dont have any equivalent surgery to make this drastic a leap this quickly.

They would have decent bodies if they weren't fat, to begin with. When you see women IRL with BBLs it's cool, but it's always disproportionate with the rest of their body and looks like they're wearing a diaper. I rather just have a woman who is natural and not fat. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

You joke but there is no kidding a surgery like that to thicken but not lengthen the penis. srs.

To lenthen the penis, they have to cut a ligament, the one that holds it up when you have a boner and then pull out more of your penis. Your penis goes way up into your body. You can feel way past your balls up on your gooche when you have a boner you can feel it going all the way back there, so they just "pull" out more of your existing penis. The downside is that say your standing up, your dick instead of sticking straight out when hard, it will just point down and flop around, the ligament isnt holding it in place.

It all depends on how much injection they want to do, they can do smaller injections so it looks more natural. same way not everyone with a tit job is DD.

The biggest risk for them is if they continue to gain weight after the surgery it will go back to their gut. they still need to maintain their weight. Long term, like over 10 years im sure their ass sags and chit.

There is a persistent fantasy in the misc that women on OF make enormous amounts of money. No amount of factual data changes this ridiculous fantasy. Truth is that women on onlyfans are very lucky if they make $180 per month after showing everything and eliminating the possibility of a happy marriage. When a theory persists in spite of factual data there is some function that the theory performs.

The idea that women "live life on easy mode" is persistent because some males want to martyr themselves and bemoan how tough they have it as if there was a competition between males and women. OP- those women in the pictures seem to have some sort of metabolism issue. Fat isn't supposed to be stored like that on a woman's body.

Women used to complain about the super skinny models, but those super skinny models were way more realistic then the hyper feminine plus-sized bodies you see today. Anyone can starve themselves skinny. But a woman will never be able to eat her way into looking like these plus sized models.

Those plus sized models are just chubby girls that got their waist made smaller and double chin tucked back by plastic surgery. The result is completely unrealistic, and unattainable without surgery. A woman with the face and waist of a slim woman but the boobs hips and butt of a fat chick.

Saying there's no chance of rejection is dumb AF. Its one of the more dangerous surgeries. The fat can transfer and give you a pulmonary fat embolism. And the worst part is it can happen YEARS after you get the surgery

If you have the genetics you don't need surgery to not be a fridge body. Not even talking about people who are overweight. There are plenty of skinny women who don't have a waist or hips.

This. Always makes me laugh when people put up the before of a completely flat butt to after with a big out of proportion bubble butt without gaining weight anywhere else and people believe it's from working out. It just doesn't work that way.

Yeah, pretty sure it can be more dangerous than a lot of other cosmetic surgeries. Didn't know it could happen years later though.

This guy is an actual surgeon, those are real. Its an expensive surgery. Its like saying breast implants arent real and the pics are of two different people, that makes no sense.
