Before that shot, they managed to cram in fake power armor, a rubber hand, and then the ctrl+v quintet in under 10 seconds.

I'm not even a Fallout aficionado and I can tell you what's dead wrong with the entire thing starting from that shot alone: everything is ludicrously spotless and clean for not even a post-apocalypse, but for anything remotely believable like they're not even trying.

I couldn't find a budget anywhere, not that it even matters because Amazon is notorious for overspending on trash/obvious money laundering schemes regardless of the finished product's "quality." They could at least save a bit on hiring out shill farms and guerilla marketing for their subpar content if they bothered to make consistently decent stuff*.

It's the same company that completely ****ed up Lord of the Rings and The Wheel of Time series. Atom help us if a guy spitting out "moldy" coffee is the kind of comedy we're going to get. Maybe there is a surprise but the show already has a lot of things stacked against it.

I feel like the only gaming related show that will be any good will be Warhammer 40k. That's because Henry Cavill is an executive producer and is a huge 40k nut so you know he'll want to keep with the source material as much as possible.
