Full body workout 3 times a week vs. Bro split

I was training full body three days per week, but then decided to try one body part a day, four days in a row. Arms/Day 1, Shoulders/Day 2, Chest and Back/Day 3, Legs/Day 4.

What are the pros and cons of these two different training splits? Which one do you think is better, and why?
Exercise will get you through times of ill health better than no exercise will get you through times of good health.

At a certain point you’re going to struggle to give all the necessary muscle groups enough attention unless you’re dedicating hours to the gym. Personally I still do an upper/lower split which I’ll eventually shift to push/pull/legs, but I’m not fond of the bro split either.

With full body, I wasn’t devoting enough sets to each muscle group, with the bro split I do a lot more sets per muscle group.

full body is great at the beginner stages and you have and hour and a half + to workout.

I ran full body for probably 2 years, and also run it for a few weeks after i have to take any significant time off from the gym

yeah but you probably look like chit and should be squatting and deadlifting multiple times a week to raise your LBM

All accurate
The only time I ever run full body or even upper/lower/upper is after a surgery (have had many repairs)
After time off, beginners, after a surgery etc...an upper/lower/upper or FB can be beneficial as there is some good, fast gains made from frequency. After those gains run out, you'll only really make progress by spending more time on a given bodypart.

You have a good program there that I highly, for whatever that's worth, agree with. I'm not a fan of the 'ol back/bis, chest/tris thing.
The only thing I would suggest is to add a rest day between day 2 and day 3. Other than that, keep your RPE at a 9 and you're good to go.

How the fuk can you dedicate a full day to arms, a full day to shoulders, then share chest and back in one session??

Post up your lifts and sets/reps for each day

Eh

I've been getting great results from PPL/Rest/UL/Rest for 4 years, then recently started pinning test and the results are even better

I don't feel personally that hitting something directly once per week then indirectly through other days is enough - I can understand a dedicated arm day if you are trying to bring up lagging parts but most people I know who are running dedicated arm days suffer from the whole fukin body lagging

OP isn't a genetic freak and clearly isn't following the Lee Priest diet of KFC and chicken growth hormone
