Whenever i try skill stuff though i tend to fck something up, so just do the basics with added weight.

I just started doing l sits. At like 15secs. I don’t have a good bar for pull ups to regularly do only at gym but I want to start doing muscle ups again.not sure if I can do one but I can bust out 12 pull ups and dips so probably.

I'm not really into skill work but I love the standard weighted calisthenics.
My goal is full ROM handstand push ups against the wall. I've been doing elavated full ROM pike push ups and they're amazing.

I like the idea of calisthenics, but I feel too lazy to do any.

I'd rather lift and not look like twink, but congrats on the flag.
