Who hates teambuilding gatherings?

It feels like the most tiring shyt in the world. 24-72 hours forcing yourself to laugh at jokes and play interested in what the boss says.

Literally had a headache for the next day after I went back home.

Depends on the team. I worked on one team of 5, where 2 of the guys were folks I would have happily spent time with outside of work anyway. Those were fun.

Moved to a team of literally 12 Indians where I was the only white man, and those team buildings sucked. And daily lunches. God, I an glad I don't have to deal with those anymore. Those were work, and I wouldn't even say hello to those guys if you didn't pay me.
