Born with testicles in stomach: Misc tranny obsession levels up





This, he/she is intersex and has Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome. The testicles are in the stomach and he/she never developed a penis. Still has the XY genetics, but didn't develop male characteristics. A biological male, but not even a penis and otherwise looks and sounds female.


This is basically when the human gets stuck in the "character selection" stage.

If trannies obsess the misc, this takes it next level.
