Anyone done multi-day fasting?

Currently wrapping up day 2. My mental clarity has actually improved surprisingly.

I’ve done it, works great for weight loss. Finding it harder to do though as my energy tanks.

I find Keto works just as good but keeps my energy level up.

Done it for 3 days.

It's not for weight loss. Its primary benefits are metabolic, believe it or not.

Record is 9 days water only

Do frequent 3-5 days (3-4 times a year) since prolly 15 years now

Do keto on and off for the most of the past 5 years

All this is skyrocketing my congnitive abilities (and mood, and energy) and the main reason I do it

I rely on my brain in my line of work, it’s a small price to pay.

Only have been able to do three day fasts. I'd like to do a five day fast but I'm just too weak of a fadass.

I would rather not piss off everyone important to me, so no

I can do dinner to dinner the next day, but I can't not eat all day and fall asleep

relatively quick in my case, within 18-24hrs of fasting I’m in nutritional ketosis (blood meter is showing 0.5) after 2 days and onwards blood meter showing crazy numbers like 2.0 to 3.5.

My woman it may take days to just to get in ketosis
