Misunderstood movie from the directors point of view?

Don't judge it comparing it to mad max or the roadwarrior but on its own..

Garbage? Good movie?

It's The Godfather III of the Godfather trilogy

Bearable on it's own but fuken garbage compared to it's predecessors

Great movie. The scene where the guy with Down’s syndrome is killed pulled on my heart strings a bit.
