Can you get killed for saying “He’s too caveman to understand this”

Let’s say you’re at a party and you’re explaining a concept to someone who is lower IQ than you, and he can’t comprehend what you’re talking about. You tell someone else “He’s too caveman to understand this”

Is this a low key insult or is it inflammatory enough that the low IQ person might kill you?

Exercise will get you through times of ill health better than no exercise will get you through times of good health.
