Gonna have my first ever lunch break gym session

Am I cool now? What should I expect at 12 on a Friday? Will there be bitches there? Will I be able to squat this weight without chitting myself?
I'm back, bitches!

You gonna eat your sammich while squatting heavy? Or take your lunch-time poo while doing both these activities?

Out with the old, in with the new.

You're bound to see some moms there spinning their wheels on a lying back bicycle watching netflix on their phone and posting about #momlife on instagram and updating their fitness pages.

The lunch crowd is all cleared out and literally the only people there (on weekdays) are the housewives and MILFs that don't work.

Still full from breakfast, so no lunch. Hope to see some juicy milf ass. Actually, can I even use that term anymore? I'm literally in the milf age group.

I usually go in the morning, but traffic was a bitch so I'm gonna go now. Don't go after work anymore because it just uses up so much evening time.

That's when I go. Gym will be mostly empty. Retired boomers WILL try and have a convo and derail your workout, but they're usually nice and know gym etiquette.

Housewives and milfs too, but not as many as you'd think.

And random neets.

Love getting a solid workout then having a Hnnnng lunch after

You'll see the regulars. Mostly the part time guys, the retired old guys, and the old ladies who are either retired or "work from home". I'll tell ya what though, those are some of the most consistent people I see at the gym. Can set my watch to it, day in and day out, the older crowd regulars are there. No days off.

If I was retired, I'd probably live in the gym.

LOL at everyone acting like they know.

Bro it's all gym specific. I've been in many gyms over the years and the busy times are always shifting around. Sure you have your typical peak of early morning and right after work in all of them but even those are variable in some degree too.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

gyms always need reception/janitor/PT kinds, pref all-in-one. Been thinking about it myself.

This is true. It really depends on the gym. I could go to anytime fitness at 12 and there's just a few boomers. I go to crunch at 12 and it's packed with people age 20-40 and you question how they're able to be there every single time you go. They're there before you get there and still there when you leave.

Did 1 hour lunch workouts for 5 years straight, 5 days a week. Had my best gains during that time period and I was at my strongest by far at the time. Felt gud mane. Ate lunch at my desk.
But it was a gym at my job. The only people using it were my co-workers, and everyone was serious about their workouts and in taking care of the equipment. F’n camaraderie was epic. Made me never want to miss going to work.
Felt good not having to drive home, and make time to goto the gym, drive home again, eat, shower and now it’s 9pm. Time to goto bed.
Instead hit the gym at work, be home by 5pm. And have enough time to do whatever I want.

I remember going to the gym at 5:30pm after work as a youngin' every day. Now, I'm in my own gym at 7am a few days a week and can't imagine being in a gym at 5:30pm. I mean, I'm asleep a few hours after that now lolz. 6pm the day is done.
