When telling people how much you bench, do you state your 1RM?
Or do you mention how much you work out with? So say you can bench 225 one time, but you can bench 205 for 5 reps, do you say 205 or 225 when people ask?
Exercise will get you through times of ill health better than no exercise will get you through times of good health.

I tell them my highest working max. So that would be 315x4.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

1rm. If it's a deadlift I'll tell them I've done 675 for reps cause I haven't actually maxed it recently but have done that.

Working weight. I don't max anymore, and 1rm is a tough number to estimate if you don't train that way. For example, I bench 275lbs for 5-6, but I'm not sure I could actually push 305lbs. Hard on my shoulders, and it feels heavy in my hands. If you do it with any kind of regularity, it doesn't feel as heavy. Body and mind are more in it.
