Youll get 1 bill cycle on the house then investigated for a leak and subsequently the water bill will be your problem.
Also, Ill be keeping your damage deposit (you seem sketchy) you can fight to get it back.

the signed agreement is water included. if i wanna run the tap all day well im going to do so. there is no leak.
yeah you can try to keep the damage depost but unless you got proof of damage (i take pics) i will just waste your time in court and get it all back.
