I hate how dramatic people are at the gym...
Life isn't a movie or a motivational video, there's no need to fukking moan and grunt on every rep...
Especially when you're lifting btch azz weight
I'm more impressed when someone lifts a respectable weight and acts like its nothing

there's this one guy i see, probably early 20's, who does poses after almost every set. i think half the time he spends in the gym he's posing.

One day around this time of year, I went to a gym that was nearly empty. There was one dude there, and I gave him a flirty look. That set him off. He hollered with every rep. It destroyed my zone and I was just plain annoyed. I felt like it was my fault.

I can understand if you're at a bodybuilding type gym or something, but for most people it's cringy, like there's plenty of dudes with more gains than you not doing that chit
