How Strict Are You On Girls Who Disrespect?

I'm curious to know how seriously you guys take disrespect from a girl you are dating?

When I say disrespect, obviously I mean something significant.

Disrespect I find is a slippery slope, because if it happens once, it can happen again & again & again.

So how many chances would you give a girl if she disrespected you pretty blatantly?

I tend to give the once chance, if it happens the second time, I tend to walk away from the relationship.

However I know of dudes, who will dump a girl, at the first sign of significant disrespect.

emotionally distance yourself a little more and more each time a boundary is crossed while continuing to smash

Let's say a boundary has been crossed 3x

Still continue smashing.. at what point do you choose self respect and dignity over sex.

there are hard outs and then there are talking points.

cheating is a hard out. you can't recover. i don't care what other couples tell me. i don't see a way around it, i'm just not the type. there's no coming back from that, I'd resent the person forever.

otherwise, it's important to make it a conversation when something rubs you wrong. maybe they're weird around your family or they don't treat your property with respect. stuff that can be fixed, still worth talking about, but not breaking up on the spot.

What about verbal abuse? Shouting at you, swearing at you, mockery.. and then dumping you when you walk away.

And then changing her mind about dumping you, and wanting you back.

If she pulled something like that in public it would depend on my mood. Either she would be apologizing right there in public for airing dirty laundry like that in public, or she likely would have to find her own ride after I leave.
Yeh that happened to me, we had a little disagreement, she snapped and told me to Shut The **** Up.

I called her out immediately. She didn't apologise, didn't even aknowledge it was wrong of her to talk to me in that way, especially when I am at her house.

The following morning I just got up and left, walked away.

She didn't apologise, instead sent me a text message and ENDED the relationship.

I accepted the break up as not going tolerate that kind of BS.. Anyway she began chasing at day 2, and wanting to get back together with me, telling me she will change as a person and not be so aggressive and combative.

She never swore at me again, however her combative attitude continued, so I booted her out of my house 5 months ago lol.

This experience got me thinking that I had been too lenient on her disrespect.

If I had simply kept walking when she was verbaly abusive, then I would have saved myself nearly 2 months more of her combative BS.

Personally I think for serious disrespect, a girl should only get the ONE chance.

One time a girl was supposed to come over at a set time, let's say 9pm, and she was supposed to text me when she was on her way. 8:55 rolled around and nothing, so I texted her and she said she couldn't make it so I told her to lose my number

I don’t take any disrespect from anyone ever, even once

I’m not an anger issues egomaniac psycho type, I’m mad chill with girls. But if they even lightly press me in the wrong way, I check them for it on the spot and they apologize

Id say this attitude has served me well with girls & in life. I’m well respected socially, my girlfriends are always submissive and happy, & I’ve never been cheated on (to my knowledge anyway) or dumped

Let's say for example you check a girl on her bad attitude or bad behaviour, yet she continues to behave badly or she does not apologise.

Would you dump her?

I think if a girl disrespected me and realised she made a mistake later then apologised, that is something acceptable.

But to dump you by text after verbally abusing you? That's insult on top of insult.

Worse part is, it's relationship sabotage & you just don't know when she will dump you again out of anger.

Even after all this drama, and even after I gave her a chance, she still kept being combative and having angry outbursts.

In the end I decided to dump her.

Let’s say my girl is out of pocket. I’ll say “Woah. What are you thinking talking to me like that?” Generally she’ll catch herself there

If she doesn’t and keeps pressing me, I’ll just stare at her quietly for a moment and ask “Do you want to rethink your entire approach?”

If she keeps pressing then, I’ll just point at my front door and say “Get out.”

It always works because it’s not a bluff, and they know it’s not a bluff. With women, if you’re always in a position where you could walk away at any moment, you’re always in a position of power. Never let yourself be in a position of weakness with girls because they’ll walk on you every time

Your right, you have to be willing to walk at anytime & they must know this too, otherwise they will stomp all over you.

Bro my ex I think had serious anger issues, was very combative.

I can think of maybe 6 occasions when she became combative or began ranting at me.

Around 5 months ago, she went into a rage on me, because I told her not to use social media at the dinner table.

Began raising her voice and ranting at me in a disrespectful way, later in the night she started arguing again.. So I told her to leave my house.

We haven't spoke again. It's been 5 months NC

She was a very combative person

Thing is, with these types of girls, you’ve gotta check them the first time it ever happens & stay on top of it if it happens again. Or else it gets to the point you were at. But happy you’re out of that now brah, go fill your life with better women

Bro no lies. I'm one of these guys that don't let a girl get away with shyte.

The first time she flew into a rage with me, was at my house at 2am in the morning, I told her to calm down but she continued getting angry.

You know what I did? I called and Uber and sent her ass home.

She began texting me later, saying she doesn't want us to break up, and she wants to work things out with me, so I gave her a chance.

The next time it happened, I immediately checked on her on it...

The third time she got angry
, she told me to Shut the **** up out of anger.. I walked away.. because I walked away, she got angry and sent me a text message and ENDED the relationship.

I said cool, take your belongings from my house asap.

Guess what happen? 18 miss calls, trying to get back with me, pleading for a another chance.

I got back with her, but 4 weeks later, I booted her out of my house for raising her voice again.

She was on anti depressants before I met her, was raised by a single mom, no father in the picture (daddy issues) her last relationship before me was also toxic.

She had tattoos, had lots of male friends, drank alcohol often.

I am convinced I was dealing with crazy, maybe BPD or severe daddy issues.

Glad I got rid of her in the end.

Give a shutup call to your partner. Talk with her that I am feeling disrespect from your end. If you don't like me or if you want space space just speak out. I can't tolerate this behavior.
