Weighted dips
Overhead cable extensions w/ rope
Cable push downs w/ bar

In that order. Basically all I do.

Close grip bench is best imo


But strangely biggest growth in tris I got was from doing military pull up training, where intensity is only 30% (if you can do 9 pull ups you only do 3 per set) but with massive volume and frequency (3 days per week, 25 sets per day just for pull up’s, I did mostly chin ups version) and for some reason tris were big as fuak.

How do people Even know?
We all do Atleast 3 tricep exercises so how can we know what single exercise is causing the growth?

I think cable pushdowns are the best exercise because the isolation on the tricep & countless different handles & angles.
