Emotional bitchboy managers

Do you think theybecomeemotional crybaby bitchboys after being a manager for awhile or do theystart offthat way and decide to become managers to cope with having little emotional control and let ego get in the way of everything? Like they think being a manager will hopefully mask their insecurities?
