Save a relative’s life, or win a lawsuit?

Let’s say a time traveler from the future has a way of changing history, and gave you a choice.

Tomorrow, a relative of yours will either die by being stuck in a walk in freezer at a hotel where they work and your family will win a ten million dollar lawsuit five years from now, or he can help you change history and save that person. If you save their life, there will be no lawsuit.

What choice do you make?
Exercise will get you through times of ill health better than no exercise will get you through times of good health.

None of my family members work in a hotel restaurant so this clearly is some long lost family member who I've never met or spoken to in my life. Basically a complete stranger who has some blood ties but got lost in staying connected.

Based on this new knowledge lawsuit please


Also I've watched enough time traveling shows/movies to know you can't change the past. What happened happened. If I made the choice t o save him from the time travelers info the family member would still die because I had always chosen to save him. Just let that sink in

I’m just trying to see if there are any weirdos who would let the relative die, I have an Aunt who thinks that way, she would sacrifice the life of a loved one for money.

Save their life obviously.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.
