Honestly, Wagyu gets boring fast. Steak candy, you can’t have too much of it in a meal or the grease makes you feel the wrong kind of full. I’d take dry aged cuts with way less marbling than wagyu if I was eating steak regularly. Ribeye and whatnot.

For some reason, the bone adds an extra $40 to the cost.

They're doing it wrong. It's usually $1-2 less per pound to compensate for the bone. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

I'd probably try that A5 Tenderloin. I'd also probably F it up because I only know how to cook steaks on the grill, but it's Christmas time, I deserve a $40 steak!

I would also probably go for that tomahawk!

Easily Australian wagyu. It has the perfect mix of wagyu fat and beefiness.

A5 Japanese wagyu is the most overrated **** I've ever had. You might as well just pour liquid fat into your mouth.
Survival. When the jungle tears itself down and builds itself into something new. Guys like you and me, we end up dead. Doesn’t really mean anything. Or, if we happen to live through it, well that doesn’t mean anything either.

This is how I felt about the Japanese Wagyu I've had. I guess if you're just eating an oz of it it's ok, but for a meal I'd rather have American Wagyu. Never had Australian Wagyu.

A5 wagyu is just for moggin, boyo. You're supposed to feel smugly superior to poorcels who cannot afford. It's not about taste.

None. I'd go somewhere else and get USDA Choice ribeye for $10/lb or so and pick some with nice marbling. It's not hard to pick out a good steak and wagyu has too much fat.
