Rate sat night cocktail /10

Brainstorming a cocktail for upcoming Christmas party I’m hosting.

Apple infused bourbon
Cognac
Demerara sugar /cinnamon / cloves simple syrup
Clarified and acid corrected lime juice
Top of with either hard apple cider or soda water. So far soda water is bomb, gotta make a cider run.
