I can’t stop thinking about my old job (srs)
It been 12 weeks since I left my old position and I still can’t stop thinking about it. I just feel so regretful that I left. I felt like I belonged there and it fit my personality. It doesn’t help that in the new place that I still haven’t started the actual work and still am in training. I just feel so regretful that it consumes me all day. I just keep on thinking about all the good times I had at the old place and how I was such an idiot to leave. I sometimes lose the will to work or do anything. I don’t even enjoy my hobbies anymore. How do I get over this.I feel like I need to see a shrink and get help srs.
