This is the type of person who should go on O*****c to improve their health
Not these women trying to go from 150 to 120 lbs.

Here are her medications:
O****c 0.25 - 1mg & M*** 500mg for PCOS, Metabolic Syndrome, & Diabetes Prevention
W*** 150mg XL (been on for about 4 years for depression/anxiety)
Lifestyle Changes:
* Just generally eating less since this O*****c actually allows me to register hunger cues from my body.
* Rowing 1-2 times a week up until August 1st. On August 1st I started working with a personal trainer once a week for an hour doing strength training to help keep things on the right track and feel stronger. Also rowing 2-3 times per week.
* Making an effort to sleep on a more regular schedule
**********************
Now for me, as I'm not even half the size of this lady, my Weight Mgmt Specialist Dr. recommends:
* 1500 calories, 100g protein, 100g carbs
* Exercise 5x a week - 80% weights, 20% carbs since O*****c burns muscle
* Drink a ton of water
* 30 g of fiber a day as the drug blocks you up
I haven't been able to do the exercise at all since August with bad pneumonia and an even worse case of Covid. I'm going to try upper body today as just walking at work and the grocery store wipes me out. I need to lower the carbs. I increased the protein late Nov. after just eating two meals from DoorDash as I couldn't move from my couch as I was so sick. I'm at around 80g of protein a day. Back then I had like 30g of protein a day.
With DoorDash I was like damn, restaurant food tastes better than the food I make at home. That's a dangerous road to go down.....

I see a lot of women like the "Before" one in the OP walking around even California?
20 lbs ago my knees hurt so badly and it was just exhausting to carry that extra weight. I can't imagine what that feels like at 400 lbs.
We should be encouraging each other, not ripping each other down.

Nobody improves their health with Ozempic.
Just because thin people are healthier than fat people doesn’t mean a fat person becomes healthier by abusing their body with a drug that has devastating side effects and ****s up various organs, just to achieve some short term weight loss.

You can't go to the bathroom without certain over the counter stuff.
You have to stay on the drug for life as 2/3 of the people regain the weight.
But I guess Drs are getting desperate to stop the obesity crisis.
What organs does it mess up? It's approved by the FDA as a diabetes drug and used off-label as a weight loss drug.

It gets to the point where I’m so hungry I can’t sleep and that’s on 2,000 calories a day. Now I can eat 1500 calories a day without starving.
I’m tapering off the psych meds but it’s so slow it will take years. I’m just focused on one now as it causes weight gain, higher blood sugar and higher cholesterol. It creates stomach pain if I taper too quickly.
So I’ve lost 15-20 lbs on O**** and ph******** I mean people on here do ECA stacks?

Binge eating is also psychological. I find that it's comforting after a long day at work and a long commute to eat starchy food. I've had to learn other methods of comfort.
One of my biggest problems is the availability. I can only lose weight on the 2 mg dose and it's always out of stock. Didn't you pay for it out-of-pocket?

My Dad lost something like 50 lbs taking a similar drug for his diabetes.

Srs though there's better ways than semaglutide. Just diet and exercise. I know psych meds can complicate things because they fukk with weight, but a lot of these people would lose weight by just gradually cutting down on the calories they're consuming and combining that with some cardio. They won't be able to do much at first because it will be brutal on the legs. But even just walking will help. Hell buy a stationary bike or use one at the gym.
EDIT: Why are we self censoring the drug's name?

I'm on a forum with the O users and many say that they yo-yo, so they cut calories, lose weight, and then regain it, plus more.
They also say not only does it cut their hunger, it cuts their food cravings.
I've in that same boat of cutting calories, increasing exercise, and then I get so hungry I can't sleep. But that could also be the psych meds.
