My plans for nye are like every year.

I will just go to bed at the normal time. Its a stupid celebration anyway. I party all year whenever I want so certainly dont need to do it when the man tells me I am supposed to.

That said, I will be quickly woken up by my mexican neighbors igniting what seems to be some sort of dynamite sticks.

These explosions will go until about 4am. Then once I nod off again there will be one extra blast just in case though I was going back to sleep.

This process will start about the 29th and last until about the 3rd of January or so. never fails.
