Germany, better privacy laws, everyone's respectful and its beautiful. It will be a bugger to learn a new language though, Free college and university from what I understand too, IF that doesn't pan out then Australia- no language barrier, nice weather, etc

Everyone in germany speaks english.

And yeah I was thinking about going university there about 10 years ago. Is a nice country but they have boring humour, chit music and the weather is still kinda chit
