It's why people are bad at communication irl now. too much constant connection, not enough living in the present or internal reflection

Agree. I think its happening slowly but I'm afraid the damage is permanent.

100%. Humans need space from other humans, not to be constantly connected every second of the day through smart phones even while taking a chit
