Just these two:

- Track on a daily basis in a spreadsheet my: current weight, alcohol consumption, caloric goals met or not, groceries only that day vs restaurant, did I go to the gym. The goal is to get the weight down 10 or so pounds, drink far less, gym consistency upkept, save money via groceries (less uber eats).

- Either become a home owner in 2024, or have an overkill down payment in 2025

I have some loose ones, kind of cliche but still fun

Game less, work more
Continue walking 10k steps/day
Hire 10 new people
Drink less
Take at least two vacations even if just weekend getaways
Hit below 12% bodyfat and maintain for at least a month
Be nicer

No alcohol for six months.

Find a hobby that inspires me to take it seriously enough that I can use it as a passive income stream.

Set up at least 3 passive income streams to eventually replace my current salary.

Keep boxing 4x week for the whole year. I started 3 months ago and this has been my consistency so far.

I figured this upcoming year I am just going to focus on my overall betterment and not limit it to a list.

Maintain fitness/weight- I've succeeded in this every year
Learn to knit- I say this every year and haven't done it yet. I really want to this year.
Get back to volunteering- I wanted to get back to volunteering at a dog rescue after my boo passed last March but I've been injured all year and now still recovering from meniscus surg. Hopefully I recover by the spring so I can do this

I lost 40 pounds last year so this coming year will continue that trend. Goal is about another 15 pounds off. Starting some extra supps that can't be discussed here to help spare some muscle with that fat loss.

I'm honestly just trying to keep on the same track that I've been on. Have a good thing going, and wouldn't want to fuk it up.

Work more. srs.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

1. Launch a new business - been there, done that before, currently partnered with another dude in biz but want to go back to my own offer
2. +$50k more cash in bank towards new house
3. 1x international travel, 2x domestic travel - vacations
4. Cut out alcohol

The way I do resolutions is a bit different though, and for anyone who seriously wants to accomplish theirs i'd recommend trying this

What i do is - picture it being the end of 2024, reflect on what i've accomplished (all of my resolutions). Then as if i'd already accomplished them i think on what did i do to make those things happen. like what specific changes/actions got me to where i am in that moment picturing i've achieved all of my goals.
By doing this, you'll have ALL of the answers of exactly what you need to do in order to accomplish those goals. i have specific actions/milestones for business so i know i can get there.

Business idea for someone. Make some type of holder for portable fire extinguishers. Everyone should have one near their BBQ or Blackstone griddle but usually no one does. Make something decorative yet practical to hold them.

If you need to change so badly, why not just do it now?
"To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda
