Chase has been spot on up to May, then he stopped predicting as much. I would prefer poll be 12/1 because things get wonky a few days before election. We could be up 20% on 10/31 and then drop 5% 11/1 then up 6% 11/2. I voted 20%+, if we're around there I'll call it a win even through volatility.

Markets are overvalued and manipulated. Wouldn't be suprised if markets stay propped up for the elections.
