A lot, especially if they make their life about real estate and post on Instagram a lot. Changing name might help. This girl in Austin called Ashley Austin is killing it.
We tried a woman realtor and she wasn't great. Now we use a man who knows every zoning and business development thing in the area. He's the best.
The women who don't hustle don't do well, even if they are attractive. In Austin many of the hot realtors are ex or current strippers.

It's going to help them get started. Obviously at a certain point they need to actually know what they're doing, but sometimes a rich guy will scoop up a hot young girl and show her the ropes if she's hot and doesn't know what she's doing(or if she fuks him on the side, or he needs to have a hot girl to attract others).

I think the types of guys who are dumb enough to buy a house just cos the realtor is hot, are unlikely to be financially capable of buying a house anyway, let alone in the top end of the market where the real money is made

I'd say they get more leads, but that doesn't lead to a close. They're basically handed sales on a silver platter.

In my state at least. All you need to do is pay a few hundred dollars for a class, take this piss easy exam that’s like
“Multiple choice (select one of ABCD): The difference between a seller and a buyer is:
A: the seller is the one selling the house
B: the seller is the one inspecting the house
… you get the idea”
You only need a 70% to pass and you can retake as many times as needed. From there, you just need to pay some yearly dues and you are in. The state has boilerplate forms/contracts to use too.
But it’s a brutal winner takes all profession. Most won’t make any real money, a few will make a small fortune doing very little work
If you are about to buy, you may want to consider licensing yourself and representing yourself. Keep the buyer half of commission for yourself
