Rental vehicle came onto my property two consecutive days

I was on vacation last week and I checked my trail camera and a rental vehicle came on day 1 for 7 minutes, and day 2 for 2 minutes. I googled the rental company and they rent large vehicles (sort of like uhauls) to government agencies and businesses. I found it weird it happened when I was out of state but there might be an explanation as Xfinity is doing work around here but I thought they had their own fleet vehicles which makes me think a government agent came onto my property while I was gone. What would you make of this?
